listen to the song birds singing
of the southern isles across the sea
island gems within a coral setting
island of the sunny southern sea
Tucked away in the corner of one of Hawaii's many beautiful islands lies Ellesworth Academy of the Arts. The world famous Ellesworth Academy. Yes, it is mainly foused around the 'arts,' such as drama, painting, and dancing, but some do go there, who have absolutely no interests in the arts at all. Mainly, just to say they attended the wonderful, and ever-achieving Ellesworth Academy. Tution fees are high, and students come from all across the world to attend. The majority of the students are, indeed, from very wealthy families; with their 'old money.'
bright the sky above the golden sunshine
flooding all the lands with warmth and light
see the palm trees swaying to the ocean
whispering songs of love by day and night
Although, the school is mainly known for it's many, wealthy students. The local surf scruff, also attend, they get free admission through old family ties, and all those sorts of things. Yes, the brilliantly rich and the local surf scruff....call it crazy? Call it madness at it finest. Who knows? Will they befriend eachother? Or wil it be the clash of the cliques?
across the sea an isle is calling me
calling to the wanderer to return
bidding me come back to fair Hawaii`i
to these sunny isles across the sea
The brilliantly rich live reside on one side of the island, with all their shopping districts, and rather extensive homes. The local surf scruff, as they call it, reside on the other, living in their shacks, and sleeping on the beach, only to awake in the morning to check the surf swell. Depending on the type of person you are, really depends on which group you'd say was really living the life, and which was just a wreck to society.
(Yes, most of the locals are, indeed, American, and not Hawaiian)
see the surf comes rolling ever onwards
meets the land and melts in creamy foam
breaks upon the shore and scatters quickly
like a million pearls let loose to roam
So, now the time comes? What side will you choose? [/align]
