When people look at New York, they think it's exciting and a fully alive state. Well, maybe Long Island and New York City may look that way. But as we travel further north, New York isn't as cracked up as everyone thought it would be. To most people that's a surprise but then again, it's not like they've been there.
Cooperstown, New York is pretty much farm land. It is a pretty small town with nearly 2,100 people in it's population. In other words, news spreads fast. Some gossip ends up even on the town news paper or bulletin board. And that's not good. This is exactly what happened to a group of teens that let there guard down.
Highschool. The best time of your like or your worst. Nothing inbetween. Most look back on it as if it were a dreamy memory and others never want to look back on it. It's probably because of the stupid cliques, gossip and the urge to own everything and everyone in your path. It happens to all of us and you can't Escape.
In the year of 2003, a group of teens let the urge of highschool and gossip get in their way. It all started with the Baby Pop Clique. They pretty much thought they were better, hotter and smarter than everyone. It was probably true, but that doesn't give them a right to rub it in everyone's faces. The BPQ was very much hated among the students of Cooperstown High. They knew that BPQ would make their years as teenagers miserable. Little did they know, the BPQ was already on that.
The Book Of Hell, or how recent students call it. This book was the gossip fire f the whole school. Every snip of gossip was written in that book. Unfortunatly only the leader of the BPQ had it, Alissa Badell. Every so often she'd write about it any news and put in the book. To everyone's surprise, on the last day of school, the book was there in their very hands. It was photocopyed. Pages and pages of the book lay on the ground, letting everyone know about what gossip had been said about them. Friendships were broken and new ones were made.
Now, three years later, it still haunts the students of that day. The BPQ clique still rules the halls and still owns the school. Is another Book Of Hell in the next generations midst?
