This three level white mansion sts on top of a hill on about 3 acres of land. There is a first level, second level, and a basment. It has a wrap around deck on the bottom level, and a deck on the second story stretching across the entire back of the house. It has 7 bedrooms, each of them set up with a bed. There are 5 bathrooms. Two bathrooms on the bottom floor; a guest and a master bathroom, there was two on the second floor; Lani's bathroom and another guest, and then there's one in the basement.
There are 3 tv rooms, one on each of the floors, and 4 living rooms. The only kitchen was the center piece to the first floor. It was one of Lani's favorite room, besides her own and the main game room.
The Main Game Room is where the majority of the party usually takes place. It has a large bar with bartenders ready to come at a single call. There's two pool tables, and a air hockey table. Against one wall there's the biggest plasma screen money can buy. There's a little movie-theater popcorn maker beside it. It has a large wrap around black leather couch that can seat 7. Three in the center, and two on each of the edges that bend towards the tv.
Since the house was on the hill, the back side of the Game Room opened up to the backyard. The first thing you come to is a gigantic pool that was made to look like a natural pool of water. There's rock formations and flowers everywhere, and the bottom is tiled to look like sand. On one side of the pool there's a huge waterfall about 10 feet tall and 4 or 5 feet wide. Just below the waterfall is the deepest part, so people can jump off of it into the water. On the other side of the waterfall is a hidden hot tub, with a built in bar. The hot tub is about 7 feet by 12 feet wide, all of it concealed underneath the fake rock that makes up the waterfall.
